What We Offer
Nested House Counseling Services is dedicated to cultivating the home within by providing a safe, warm, and highly personalized therapeutic experience. Grounded in a Person-Centered Approach, we trust in your innate capacity for growth and healing, offering a relationship built on unconditional acceptance and deep empathy. Whether you are seeking relief from individual stress and anxiety, shared growth in a supportive group environment, or clarity through a brief consultation, our focus is on helping you strengthen your internal resources so you can feel safe, grounded, and truly at home within yourself.
Couple Session
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate challenges together. In a supportive setting, you’ll learn to understand each other’s needs, resolve conflict in healthy ways, and build trust. Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), couples can create a more secure and fulfilling relationship.
Group Session
Our groups offer a powerful environment for shared growth, where you can practice new skills, gain diverse perspectives, and realize that you are not alone in your journey. While adhering to our Person-Centered values, we foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and vulnerability.
Groups are an excellent way to deepen self-understanding and experience the healing power of belonging.

“Thank you Mrs. Jones for coaching me through my difficulties in moving toward the mirrors in my life. Thank you for revealing to me that it is alright to sit in my emotions while I am working through them. That has helped me to be comfortable in learning to be authentically me.”
